Target ilvl 334 Updated: 2026-10-16
Assassination Rogue's gear page runs on the Fatebound hero talent at a 334 target item level, built from what the top Mythic raid parses on WarcraftLogs actually equip, with a Mythic+ column checked separately rather than any simulated set. Critical Strike leads the raid secondary stat split at 41.8%, Haste follows at 32.6%, then Mastery at 19.9% and Versatility at 5.6%. Seven of the listed pieces come from The Venomous Abyss, two are crafted, two come from Murder Row, two from Altar of Fangs, and one each from Temple of Sethraliss, Voidscar Arena and Kings' Rest. The neck, Aqirbane Reliquary, is worn by 88.3% of parses against the Strand of Warding Fangs' 6.8%. The Chosen Bloodslayer set is the real majority pick at Head, Shoulder, Chest and Hands, holding 84.1%, 86.3%, 92.3% and 90.2% of those slots while the item listed first there has no tracked usage of its own. Legs runs the other way: the listed Chosen Bloodslayer's Reinforced Pants are themselves the top pick, and the Breeches of Deft Deals alternative sits at only 4.2%. Main hand is the one slot where the numbers actually flip: the listed Zatha'tek, Breath of Corruption, shows 42.9% usage, slightly behind its own runner-up, the crafted Farstrider's Mercy, at 45.2%, making this the closest real contest on the page. Three slots see the Mythic+ pick differ from the raid pick. Below 334 item level, the neck is the clearest early priority given how one-sided its usage is. For Head, Shoulder, Chest and Hands, follow the Chosen Bloodslayer set that most top parses actually wear rather than the single item listed first; at Legs, the listed piece is already correct since its alternative is picked by so few. For main hand, either Zatha'tek or the crafted Farstrider's Mercy is a reasonable pick given how close their usage runs, so don't feel locked into the one listed first. With only three slots differing between raid and Mythic+, most of this list carries over directly into keys, current as of September 25, 2026.

Crafted gear can carry an embellishment, and a character can only wear 2 of those at once. This list has 3 crafted pieces — pick the two with the highest usage below.

Fit = the filler's two secondaries' share in this spec's top-player stat split ÷ the top two stats' share; below 65% the addon does not count the converted piece as graduated.

Ordered by how often top players wear the tier piece in that slot — that is a pick rate, not item power. A 4-piece bonus only needs four of the five slots, so the lowest one can be skipped.
