Frost Death Knight's best-in-slot list below comes straight from WarcraftLogs: for each of the sixteen gear slots, GearInsight shows the item worn by the highest-parsing Mythic raid logs, its usage share, the next most common choice, and a separate Mythic+ column — none of it from simulation. At a target item level of 334, The Venomous Abyss supplies nine of the sixteen pieces, Crafted gear fills four more slots, and single items come from The Tidebound Grotto, Den of Nalorakk and Murder Row. The headline number is the neck: Aqirbane Reliquary sits on 85.1% usage, dwarfing the 4.1% share held by Graft of the Domanaar. Both trinket slots point toward Voracious Heart of Ula'tek at 66.5%, far ahead of Zul'jin's Guillotine Technique at 36.6%. Data as of 2026-09-25. The list also shows close contests. On the back, Speakeasy Shroud leads with only 30.1% over Baleful Grave-Knight's Greatcloak's 20.6%, and the main-hand pick sits at 36.6% against 27.8% for Strongblood's Ceremonial Cleaver — margins tight enough that either weapon is defensible. Compare that with the off-hand, where Jaw of the Shackled Goddess holds 71.8% against just 12.5%, or the wrists, where the crafted Spellbreaker's Bracers lead 65.6% to 19.9%. Three of the sixteen slots carry a different top choice in the Mythic+ column than in the raid column. The raid secondary-stat share runs Critical Strike at 44.0%, Mastery at 37.0%, Haste at 16.8%, and Versatility almost absent at 2.2%. If your own item level sits below 334, prioritise the neck and both trinket slots first — Aqirbane Reliquary and Voracious Heart of Ula'tek carry the widest usage gaps, so they are the pieces top parses agree on most strongly. Where a slot shows a close runner-up, such as the back or main-hand, treat the listed item as a starting point rather than a mandate. Check the Mythic+ column separately on the three slots where it disagrees with the raid column, since a piece worn in one context does not automatically carry over. Read the secondary-stat share as a target to approach gradually, not a number to force by re-gemming away from Haste or Versatility.
