Mined from 85 distinct builds in the current top WarcraftLogs parses. The tables below show which hero talent the best Arms players actually run on each boss and key.
This page shows the most popular Arms Warrior talent builds among top WarcraftLogs parses, broken down by raid boss and Mythic+ dungeon. For each encounter we list the top five builds and the hero talent each uses. The data comes from real parses, not simulations, so it reflects what top players actually run. Across all 117 parses, 100% used the Slayer hero talent, making it the clear choice for every raid boss and dungeon in this sample.
A few takeaways: Slayer is universal—every single top parse uses it, so you can safely build around it. The number of distinct builds (51) shows there is variety in the talent tree, but the hero talent is fixed. When comparing builds, note that the table lists the top five per encounter, so if you see fewer than five (like The Twin Fangs with only two), it means fewer distinct builds appeared on that fight. Use the usage figures to see what the best players favour, and adjust your own setup accordingly.

How to unlock the Omnium Folio and fill the rows
At level 80, take The Magisters' Call from the Magister's Missive at the Field Accolade Quartermasters in Silvermoon City, help Grand Magister Rommath and Magister Umbric restore the Sunstrider Omnium in Eversong Woods, and finish The Omnium Reawakens for the Folio and row 1. Then each week the Seeking Knowledge quest at the Sunstrider Omnium pays one Mote of Omnial Inquiry, one row per mote: week 2 Ritualized Arcana ×8 (Ritual Sites), week 3 Dark-Ley Coalescence ×5 (Void Incursions), week 4 Pure Primessence ×1 (delves, dungeons, raid or strongbox), week 5 an alien magic fragment from Showdown world bosses plus 3 world quests. Motes are account-wide once one character has done the quest; since 12.1 alts skip the intro. The Folio UI opens from the map and runes can be swapped freely out of combat.
