This page ranks Discipline Priest talent builds from top WarcraftLogs parses, per boss and per dungeon, showing which hero talent each build uses. Across 113 parses, Oracle appears in 67.3% of them, Voidweaver in 32.7%. In raid encounters, Voidweaver is the top hero talent for every boss listed, including Nek'zali the Soulcoiler and Ula'tek.
In Mythic+ (both high keys and farm), Oracle is the top choice for all eight dungeons, such as Ruby Life Pools and King's Rest. The table lists the top builds per encounter; the specs next to each item indicate the hero talent used. Use the usage figures to see what top players favour, not as proof that one talent is superior. If you raid, expect Voidweaver to dominate; if you push keys, Oracle is the common pick.

How to unlock the Omnium Folio and fill the rows
At level 80, take The Magisters' Call from the Magister's Missive at the Field Accolade Quartermasters in Silvermoon City, help Grand Magister Rommath and Magister Umbric restore the Sunstrider Omnium in Eversong Woods, and finish The Omnium Reawakens for the Folio and row 1. Then each week the Seeking Knowledge quest at the Sunstrider Omnium pays one Mote of Omnial Inquiry, one row per mote: week 2 Ritualized Arcana ×8 (Ritual Sites), week 3 Dark-Ley Coalescence ×5 (Void Incursions), week 4 Pure Primessence ×1 (delves, dungeons, raid or strongbox), week 5 an alien magic fragment from Showdown world bosses plus 3 world quests. Motes are account-wide once one character has done the quest; since 12.1 alts skip the intro. The Folio UI opens from the map and runes can be swapped freely out of combat.
