Warlock guide

Warlocks have the most new talents of any class — 19 — and every tree ends somewhere new: Drain Hope (Affliction), Demonic Pact (Demonology), Incinerate (Destruction). Affliction's Pandemic, Malevolence and Soul Siphon build a DoT tree around drains; Demonology's Decimation and Demonic Knowledge lean into the pet; Destruction's Fire and Brimstone and Shadow and Flame set up the Incinerate capstone.

First three steps · Affliction

  1. Import the Affliction leveling build; your first point at 10 goes into Improved Corruption
  2. Set up the "Three curses on one key, on your mouseover" macro (level 4)
  3. At 13–18, run Halls of Thane (Dun Morogh, beneath Ironforge)
