What top Windwalker Monks actually wear, slot by slot, is what this table tracks — every item comes from the highest-parsing Mythic raid logs on WarcraftLogs, with usage percentages and a Mythic+ comparison column, not a simulated result. At the target item level of 334, The Venomous Abyss accounts for nine of the fifteen tracked slots, Murder Row, Crafted gear and Voidscar Arena two each. The neck and main-hand numbers stand out furthest from the field: Aqirbane Reliquary covers 91.0% of logged Windwalker Monks, and Abyssal Broodfiend's Bardiche leads the weapon slot at 91.4%, both leaving their nearest alternatives in the low single digits. Data as of 2026-09-25. The waist and ring slots sit at the other extreme, nearly even contests: Sash of the Forlorn Vessel edges Unpossessed Skullsash by just 26.1% to 24.9%, and Sickening Signet of Atroxus, worn from Mythic+ Voidscar Arena, leads Signet of Snarling Servitude by only 23.1% to 22.0%. Only three of the fifteen slots carry a different top pick between the raid and Mythic+ columns, so a Windwalker Monk raid set transfers into dungeons with relatively little change. Both trinket slots point heavily toward Voracious Heart of Ula'tek at 75.4%, ahead of Zul'jin's Guillotine Technique at 51.0%. The raid secondary-stat share runs Mastery at 37.4%, Haste close behind at 32.2%, Critical Strike at 26.9%, and Versatility a distant 3.5%. With the neck, main-hand and trinkets this lopsided, prioritise those slots first if you are gearing from scratch — Aqirbane Reliquary, Abyssal Broodfiend's Bardiche and Voracious Heart of Ula'tek carry the widest usage gaps on the whole list. Where the margin is nearly even, as at the waist or the ring, do not feel obligated to farm a specific source for a one-percentage-point edge; either option is defensible. Since only three slots differ between raid and Mythic+ here, most of your raid gear should carry straight into dungeons, and the secondary-stat spread between Mastery, Haste and Critical Strike is close enough that any reasonable mix of the three works, as long as Versatility stays a low priority.
