Den of Nalorakk — Mythic+ Guide
Aggregated from 30 top WarcraftLogs key runs (92 deaths studied). Interrupt rates show what the best groups actually kick — a priority list straight from the data.
This page ranks interrupt priority and death causes in Den of Nalorakk Mythic+ from 30 top-ranked WarcraftLogs runs. The interrupt table shows the kick rate — the percentage of times top groups successfully interrupted a cast — and the death list shows which abilities killed players most often.
Two clear takeaways: Frigid Roar (92% kick rate) and Arc Lightning (89%) are the hardest interrupts, while Lightning Bolt (76%) and Healing Breeze (81%) are still must-kicks but slightly less prioritized. For deaths, Melee and Echoing Maul each account for 14 of 92 deaths — far ahead of Razor Dive and Feast of Misery at 6 each. So positioning to avoid melee swings and interrupting Echoing Maul are the biggest survival wins.
Use the kick rate as a guide for your interrupt order in pugs: if you have limited kicks, save them for the must-tier casts. Note that a high kick rate doesn't mean the cast is more dangerous — it means top players treat it as mandatory. Check the deadliest abilities separately to know what to dodge or mitigate when kicks fail.
Interrupt Priorities
| Cast | Kick rate | Priority | Caster |
|---|---|---|---|

| 84% | MUST KICK | Fractured Shivercore | |
| 81% | MUST KICK | Earthwhisper Tender | |
| 89% | MUST KICK | Stormbound Mystic | |
| 8% | Low | Bonded Beasttamer | |
| 91% | MUST KICK | Keen-Eyed Striker |
Kick rate = share of these casts that top groups actually interrupted. ≥75% means the best players treat it as mandatory.
