Monk Mistweaver Macros

Ready-to-paste macros for Mistweaver Monk: the burst key derived from the current top parses, plus the macros this spec actually uses. Spell names follow the language you pick on this site, so they match your game client.

This page collects ready-to-paste macros for Mistweaver Monk, starting with a burst key derived from real openers. We sampled three top-ranked players per scene and kept an off-GCD cooldown only if it appeared early in enough openers. The answer is consistent across all three scenes: Thunder Focus Tea is the single cooldown that qualifies. In raid and in Mythic+ AoE it pairs with Renewing Mist as the opening global, seen in at least two of the three openers, and both versions add trinket /use lines. The Mythic+ single-target version opens with Enveloping Mist instead, keeps Thunder Focus Tea at a one-of-three threshold, and leaves the trinket lines out. The four spec macros are built for a healer who wants to stay on their raid frames. Soothing Mist, Detox and Tiger's Lust all land on the friendly player under your mouse and fall back to your target when nothing is hovered, so you can channel, dispel or speed someone up without retargeting. Spear Hand Strike hits your focus target first, which makes it easy to own one interrupt in a Mythic+ group. Paste each macro into the in-game window with spell names exactly as your client shows them.

A macro can fire only one global-cooldown ability per press — that is the game's limit, not ours. So a burst key is exactly: on-use trinkets + the off-GCD cooldowns top players press in their opener + one opener spell. Nothing else fits.

Off-GCD cooldowns pressed within the first 8 casts by at least 2 of the 3 sampled players, defensives and movement removed. Ends with the first on-GCD opener so everything fires in one press.

Slot 13 / 14: the data cannot tell which slot the on-use trinket sits in, so both are listed; the passive one just prints cannot use.
