Demon Hunter Havoc Macros

Ready-to-paste macros for Havoc Demon Hunter: the burst key derived from the current top parses, plus the macros this spec actually uses. Spell names follow the language you pick on this site, so they match your game client.

This Havoc Demon Hunter page pairs a burst key with the spec's everyday utility macros. The burst key comes from the openers of three top WarcraftLogs parses, and a cooldown only needed to appear in one of them to be folded in. For Havoc, none of the sampled openers pressed an off-GCD cooldown early enough to qualify, so in every scene the key is simply the opening global plus trinket /use lines: Immolation Aura on a raid boss, Consuming Fire on a Mythic+ AoE pull and Chaos Strike on a Mythic+ single target. That still makes it a clean way to pop on-use trinkets on the first press without a separate keybind. The six spec macros all start with /stopcasting, so they cut through whatever you are doing. Disrupt and Consume Magic hit your focus if one exists and fall back to your target, which is the usual setup for assigned kicks and purges in Mythic+. Sigil of Misery and Metamorphosis each come in two versions, one placed at your cursor and one dropped on yourself, so choose the one that fits how you play. Copy the text, set this site to your client language so the names match your spellbook, and paste it into a new macro.

Burst key — from the top parses above Macro commands →
#showtooltip Immolation Aura
/use 13
/use 14
/cast Immolation Aura

A macro can fire only one global-cooldown ability per press — that is the game's limit, not ours. So a burst key is exactly: on-use trinkets + the off-GCD cooldowns top players press in their opener + one opener spell. Nothing else fits.

Off-GCD cooldowns pressed within the first 8 casts by at least 1 of the 3 sampled players, defensives and movement removed. Ends with the first on-GCD opener so everything fires in one press.

Slot 13 / 14: the data cannot tell which slot the on-use trinket sits in, so both are listed; the passive one just prints cannot use.
