Demon Hunter Devourer Macros

Ready-to-paste macros for Devourer Demon Hunter: the burst key derived from the current top parses, plus the macros this spec actually uses. Spell names follow the language you pick on this site, so they match your game client.

Devourer is unusual on this page: across all three sampled top openings on WarcraftLogs, no off-GCD cooldown appeared often enough to earn a place in the burst key, even with the bar set at a single opener out of three. What the key does carry is the opening spell plus trinket /use lines, since every sampled player fired trinkets early. Raid bosses and Mythic+ AoE pulls both start with Consume, while Mythic+ single-target pulls start with Void Ray. In practice that makes the burst key a trinket-sync button tied to your first cast rather than a stack of cooldowns. The spec macros lean on /stopcasting so that utility never waits behind a cast bar. Disrupt and Consume Magic both target your focus when one exists and your current target otherwise, which keeps kicks and purges on a marked enemy. Sigil of Misery comes in two versions, one placed at the cursor and one dropped on yourself. The template that starts with /stopmacro [channeling:Void Ray] is worth copying for any ability you press during that channel: replace ABILITY with the spell name and the macro will refuse to cut Void Ray short. Keep spell names in your client language when you paste.

Burst key

Burst key — from the top parses above Macro commands →
#showtooltip Consume
/use 13
/use 14
/cast Consume

A macro can fire only one global-cooldown ability per press — that is the game's limit, not ours. So a burst key is exactly: on-use trinkets + the off-GCD cooldowns top players press in their opener + one opener spell. Nothing else fits.

Off-GCD cooldowns pressed within the first 8 casts by at least 1 of the 3 sampled players, defensives and movement removed. Ends with the first on-GCD opener so everything fires in one press.

Slot 13 / 14: the data cannot tell which slot the on-use trinket sits in, so both are listed; the passive one just prints cannot use.

Burst key — from the top parses above Macro commands →
#showtooltip Void Ray
/use 13

/cast Void Ray
